I am a service oriented professional providing accounting, financial, and tax related services to individuals and business owners alike. I specialize in working with the business owner to minimize their tax burden while maximizing personal wealth. 

 

 MISSION

My goal is to provide the highest level of personal service to my clients in the areas that affect the many financial decisions we all must make.

 

SERVICES 

Tax Services – Federal and State income tax preparation for individuals, corporations, partnerships and LLCs. This fulfils a very basic need by most individuals and business owners.

Bookkeeping & Payroll Services – you would be surprised at how economical my fees are for these services when you factor in that, once it’s done, I do not have to review someone else’s work and propose adjustments.

Accounting Services – Reviewed or Compiled financial statements prepared for users of generally accepted accounting principles, other comprehensive bases of accounting, or special purpose accounting needs for the business owner. Services available to the individual in need include cash flow management through budget analysis and debt reduction management; additional services include personal financial statements to be used for planning purposes.

Planning Services – Financial planning, Tax planning, Retirement planning, and Estate and Succession planning services for clientele who are looking to the future.

LEVELS OF SERVICE PROVIDED 

Economy Service – Tax return preparation or accounting services rendered, usually once a year. This level provides the basic service for the client with minimal requirements.

As Needed Service – Tax, Accounting and Planning services as needed and requested. Includes notification of tax saving opportunities that appear as the tax return is prepared.

Full Service – Pro-active planning and notification of tax saving and other opportunities that appear throughout the year.  The client is usually inclined to have a plan that is well thought out but continuously interested in refining it to achieve his goals and desires.
